Our oven-baked, four-egg omelettes are served with three buttermilk pancakes. Cooking time is approximately 18-20 minutes. Substituting all egg whites or all egg substitute (no fat, low sodium) is also available for $.80 additional charge. Pancake upgrades available; please ask your server.
